The programs listed below are free and Parks Computers recommends upgrading to the latest versions.
Upgrade: Parks Computers Support v12.7. Download
Upgrade: CCleaner v3.02.1343 – Download
Upgrade: Defraggler v2.01.239 – Download
Upgrade: Microsoft® Security Essentials v2.0.657.0 – Download
Upgrade: Java™ v6.0 Update 23 – Download
Upgrade: Mozilla Firefox v3.6.13 – Download
Upgrade: iTunes v10.1 and QuickTime v7.6.9 – Download
Parks Computers Support Notes: If you have version 12 or higher you can download and install the upgrade version. If you have any other Parks Computers software please close and uninstall it. Then click the download link and download and install the full version. The 1st problem reported is Parks Computers Support Alerts doesn’t close so you can upgrade. If this happens right click on the PC icon by your clock and click close. Then run the setup again. 2nd problem reported is when you upgrade to Microsoft Security Essentials v2 the run button doesn’t work in Parks System Upkeep. This is because Microsoft changed the name of the application. To fix this open Parks System Upkeep and click setup. Then click Anti-Virus at the top then drag the new Microsoft Security Icon in the box. If you are running a 64-Bit edition of Windows Vista or Windows 7 then you will have to click the Edit Path button by the Anti-Virus Location and copy and paste this in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\msseces.exe then click save button and your Parks System Upkeep will start working again.
